1940’s

The lead singer and one of the founder members of The Rolling Stones, Mick Jagger, was born (Michael Philip Jagger) in Dartford, Kent on this day 1943.  Jagger is one of the most popular frontmen in the history of rock & roll, with his distinctive voice and energetic live performances which has become a trademark of the Rolling Stones.
